What is Artist Marketplace?

Artist Marketplace (AMP) is an innovative marketplace where fans can easily connect with their favourite people. Fans can book artists in a few clicks for private personalised video messages to inspire or uplift their loved ones.

Where are you based?

We’re based at Google Campus in Shoreditch, London EC2A 4BX. Come in for some green tea once the pandemic’s over, and in the meantime say hello here!

Who are the artists you work with?

We work with top, trending and unique artists and celebrities. They’re handpicked by our lead team of music lovers and expert on-boarders. Got a talent you want to share with the world? Tell us here, we’d love to work with you.

What do the prices on each profile mean?

The prices on each Artist Profile are designed to give a clear idea of booking rates for personalised video messages. Transparency is our thing! For private event booking, please send your chosen artist an instant message on their dedicated digital profile. They’ll come back to you within 24 hours and not a minute later.

When will my booking request be complete?

We aim to fulfil all booking requests — whether it’s an event, gig or private message booking within 48 hours. In peak moments where the Artist may require more time, this could be up to a maximum of 7 days.

How does your booking process work, exactly?

We’ve made the booking process on AMP super simple and efficient. For personalised video message requests, simply send your message instructions directly to your chosen artist on their dedicated profile. Artist have up to 7 days to complete requests and payment is safely held in our escrow account until it is fulfilled.

What happens if I'm not happy with my personalised video?

We understand and acknowledge that sometimes, things may go wrong. That’s why we’re on hand to help 24/7. If you’re unhappy with your personalised video message, contact us here and we’ll look right into it for you. All we ask is that you detail your instructions as clearly as possible and include the names, occasion, and exactly what you would like the artist to say.

I want to go direct. Can't I?

The process of booking artists can be tedious and tiresome. We’ve found that many customers may also not receive a direct response for up to weeks resulting in a failed special occasion. At AMP, we pride ourselves with a wealth of experience, knowledge and a process that is efficient but thorough. We’ve connected over 500 artists to bookers since our inception in 2018, in a timely manner. Try us out and see for yourself!

What payment types do you accept?

We’ve partnered with Paypal and Stripe to process all payments. If there’s an issue with a booking or payment, please email support@artistmarketplace.co.uk. If you need a quicker response please call us on +442030340615 with your payment reference and we’ll be happy to help.
